In a perfect world all sex would use contraceptives, contraceptives would always work, and people would fully understand the consequences of un-protected sex. | A state's assets are its' people and land. The state must care for these things out of its' own interest. A healthy and educated person increases a states' value directly and indirectly. Corporations use terms like "externalities" when they talk about pollution. Pollution devalues property value and sickens people lowering their value and increasing the costs of care to the state. Good policy makers must understand where true value exists and how to use that value to pay for the cost of services without causing harm. | |||
| Legalize Marijuana and Hemp. Tax it where ever it is sold. Allow private citizens to poses it without a tax. Only tax it when sold. And, if a business wants to take raw material and add value to it, only tax it at the final sale. CA is leading the way, breaking barriers, and showing the Federal Government can not stop the will of the people. Let's keep the products in the state and all should be ok. | |||
| All Marijuana criminals, NON violent, should be immediately released. All criminal history should be voided. Other non violent victim-less crimes should be re-considered. Release all and lower the priority to as low as possible for the police departments. This will lower costs tremendously and alleviate the court systems. Add to that the value of legalization of Marijuana and Hemp and I think we will see an economic boom lead by entrepreneurs. The department of justice has said Marijuana is the no. 1 crop in NH. | Money can NOT play a role in politics, we must remove this in-equality in order to restore our state. NH needs its' own C-span paid and supplied by cable and phone companies. Those companies owe service to the citizens of NH it is a fair trade for the privilege of access to our economy. The same goes for newspapers, no more adds. Newspapers must allow each candidate running a column once per election, no editing no analyzing. | |||

| Capital murder for all repeat high crimes offender. Legalize all victim less crimes. The NH Constitution states there must be a balance between the punishment and the crime. We have forgotten our Constitution. No one can say they are a Constitutionalist if they want victim less crimes to remain illegal. Our punishment is causing more harm, this must end. We must re-learn how to respect fellow citizens. Rights should only be regulated when one person's rights interferes with another persons rights. Ultimately it means, "live and let live." | |||

I will be proposing a bill to allow companies to receive tax credit for job training for new employees. I will also look into a NH State Bank whose purpose is to assist in helping people start a business. This model has been used in other states. I also will advise burying power lines, seeking Federal assistance for it. I will push cooperation between Government and private business. | |||

| I believe in Universal Education. States get their value directly and indirectly from its' citizens. Citizens have greater financial outlooks the higher their education. If those relationships are true then it is logical to invest in universal education. And the benefits of a highly educated citizenry should be self evident. Insecure rich people fight hard against universal education so they may maintain their status. They don't realize what they are losing. Was Einstein rich and well educated? What if he was born into a state with universal education? Would he have been able to do more? | |||

The cost of cigarettes, the cost of a doctor bill for cancer, and the funeral are all measure as a plus in GDP. What is NOT measure is the loss; of the person's potential earnings, of life and the affects of that loss. Corporations have exhausted all efforts to cover up these types of loses. | All people are created with rights, ultimately we are all born equal. We can not take those rights away, that is what defines a right! Rights and equality are the same, so how can we treat others as if they are less than equal? The issue of rights is most vivid when it comes to someone living in a way that most people don't. Supporting un-popular lifestyles or opinions is a true test of our commitment to inaliable rights, to equality. The Constitutional test is always, is their action interfering with my rights. Gay/Lesbian/Transgender lifestyle does not affect header-asexual marriage. | |||
| My first bill will change voting to mail in voting only, and a tax for those who do not vote. My goal is to achieve 80% voter turn out. Voter fraud will have a similar check to how it is currently, not to mention mail fraud has its added penalties. I also want a bill to stop data mining. Our Government is using private industries to collect data on it's people. If the Government was doing this directly it would be un-Constitutional. They think privatizing the process makes it ok. It is not ok, and it will not stand! |
